Our typical quotation time is 24 hours after complete information submitted.
1. 3DPnxt strictly comply with the quality standards of the People's Republic of China. If the product issue is verified and caused by 3DPnxt, we will manage the return or re-production for you
2. For products that need to be returned or re-produced, they can be processed within 5 working days from the reproduction confirmation date. (Shipping time varies based on each location)
3DPnxt will not accept returns and exchanges if the issues are out of 3DPnxt control such as:
1. Moisture, discoloration or other issues after the product is delivered and received
2. Insufficient number of returned products 3. Error caused by user
1. Refund Rules: Once 3DPnxt has confirmed on refund, the refund will be issued to the original payment method.
2.Refund Period: Refund will be sent to your original payment method within 15 working days. If you have not received the refund after the standard time frame, please contact your 3DPnxt account manager or customer service for more information.
